Supporting Young People
Are you a young person in need of support?
If you are a young person living in Greater Manchester and you are struggling in your accommodation, we may be able to help you.
We can help
Pathfinder can provide you with one-to-one support, centred around your wishes and aspirations, to help you to stabilise your current accommodation or move to somewhere new.
We can also help you to manage your finances, build your confidence, help with income and employment support, or connect you with activities in your area to make sure you are getting the most out of life.
We work with partners who specialise in providing emotional well-being and health advice and support, too. Specialist support is available to LGBTQ+ young people living in Bury, Trafford or Wigan, thanks to AKT one of our partners local to these areas.
