Supporting Young People
Are you a young person in need of support?
If you are a young person living in Greater Manchester and you are struggling in your accommodation, we may be able to help you.
We can help
Pathfinder can provide you with one-to-one support, centred around your wishes and aspirations, to help you to stabilise your current accommodation or move to somewhere new.
We can also help you to manage your finances, build your confidence, help with income and employment support, or connect you with activities in your area to make sure you are getting the most out of life.
We work with partners who specialise in providing emotional well-being and health advice and support, too. Specialist support is available to LGBTQ+ young people living in Bury, Trafford or Wigan, thanks to AKT one of our partners local to these areas.
To be eligible for this service you need to be:
18-25 years old
(...if you are between 25-35 years, we may still be able to help you. Just get in touch.)
At risk of homelessness
(...including experiencing financial difficulties, being at risk of eviction, and/or experiencing relationship difficulties with family/friends, or unsuitable accommodation.)
We don’t have access to emergency accommodation, so if you are homeless or need urgent assistance, you will need to contact your local housing options team through the links below.
